You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item. Refunds are typically processed within two weeks, including the transit time for the return (5 to 10 business days), processing once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to complete the transaction (5 to 10 business days). To return an item, simply log in to your account, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the "Return Item(s)" button.
